Mrs. Mridula Anup, the Manager, on behalf of Joachim & Janson, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, on the one hand, and hereinafter referred to as the Employee, on the other hand, have concluded the present Contract on the following:

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
   The Employee is hired by the Employer as a Customer oriented Business Development Manager for cooperation with the private clients of Joachim & Janson and the Employee is obliged to perform the services set forth by the present Contract. In the scope of the present Contract the Employee shall put his efforts to acceleration of business operations and support a prompt delivery of orders, while the Employer shall pay a certain amount of money for the rendered service and cover all related expenses, fees and charges.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEE
   The Employee works under this Contract for exercising the degree of skill and care required by customarily accepted good professional practices and procedures. During the term of this Contract, the Employee shall devote as much of his productive time, energy and abilities to the performance of his duties as is necessary to perform the required duties in a timely and productive manner.
   
   
4. DURATION AND RESCISSION OF THE CONTRACT
   The Contract is made for the period of time from to and becomes effective from the moment of its signing by the Parties. If the Employee is convicted of any crime or offense, fails or refuses to comply with the policies or reasonable directives of the Employer, is guilty of serious misconduct in connection with performance hereunder, or materially breaches provisions of this Contract, the Employer at any time may terminate the engagement of the Employee and apply sanctions to immediately freeze the bank account of the Employee.
